Acceptable Use Policy

Clear rules prohibiting adult or sexually explicit monetization, hateful or violent content, copyright infringement, and other restricted platform activity.

WeGotUsTV requires creators and users to follow platform rules, content ownership requirements, payment policies, and applicable law. Unauthorized copyrighted material, fraudulent activity, and abusive platform use may result in removal, restriction, disabled monetization, or account action.

1. Acceptable platform use

WeGotUsTV is a creator-first premium access platform for lawful, creator-owned, licensed, or authorized content. Users, creators, promoters, subscribers, and platform participants must use WeGotUsTV in a safe, respectful, lawful, and platform-appropriate way.

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to uploaded videos, PPV releases, promo campaigns, radio tracks, MP3 submissions, images, thumbnails, posters, profile content, messages, comments, links, creator pages, and any content or activity connected to monetization on WeGotUsTV.

2. No adult or sexually explicit monetization

WeGotUsTV does not allow users to upload, publish, promote, sell, stream, or monetize adult or sexually explicit content through the platform.

The platform is not intended for pornography, explicit sexual services, adult entertainment, sexual solicitation, fetish content, or content primarily designed for sexual arousal or adult monetization.

No pornography or explicit sexual video content.
No sexual services, escort services, or sexual solicitation.
No adult-only promotional campaigns or sexually explicit paid access.
No nude or sexually explicit creator profile, poster, thumbnail, or campaign assets.
No attempts to use PPV, promo, subscriptions, radio, messages, or creator pages to monetize adult content.

3. No hateful, violent, or abusive content

WeGotUsTV does not allow content or activity that promotes hate, targeted harassment, violent abuse, threats, intimidation, or real-world harm.

Creators and users may not use the platform to promote hateful ideology, encourage violence, threaten individuals or groups, glorify violent harm, or organize abusive activity.

No hateful content targeting protected classes or vulnerable groups.
No threats, intimidation, harassment, or targeted abuse.
No promotion or glorification of real-world violence.
No content encouraging self-harm, physical harm, or violent retaliation.
No use of messaging, comments, profiles, or promo tools to abuse others.

4. No copyright infringement or unauthorized monetization

Users and creators may only upload, publish, promote, sell, stream, or monetize content they own, created themselves, control, license, or are legally authorized to use.

WeGotUsTV does not allow users to monetize copyrighted third-party material without permission. This includes songs, beats, samples, movies, shows, sports clips, music videos, artwork, posters, logos, images, or any other protected material owned by another creator, label, studio, company, platform, or rights holder.

No selling PPV access to content the uploader does not own or control.
No uploading another artist’s song, beat, video, image, or performance without rights.
No reposting commercial film, television, sports, celebrity, label, or studio-owned content without authorization.
No promo campaigns using third-party copyrighted images, logos, music, or video without permission.
No misrepresenting ownership, licensing, or permission status.

5. Restricted, fraudulent, or harmful activity

WeGotUsTV may reject, remove, restrict, or disable content or accounts connected to fraud, scams, unauthorized sales, platform abuse, payment abuse, or activity that creates legal, safety, financial, or trust risk.

No fraudulent purchases, abusive chargebacks, or payout manipulation.
No scams, phishing, malware, malicious links, or deceptive promotions.
No attempts to bypass PPV, PPV Pass, creator payout, or access controls.
No impersonation of creators, brands, platform staff, or businesses.
No activity that violates applicable law, payment processor rules, or platform integrity.

6. Enforcement and monetization impact

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in content rejection, removal, disabled monetization, blocked promo placement, restricted publishing, payout review, account limitation, account removal, or support escalation.

If content is suspected of adult monetization, hateful or violent activity, copyright infringement, fraud, or other restricted use, WeGotUsTV may pause visibility, disable related earnings where appropriate, and hold the matter for admin review.

This policy is designed to protect creators, viewers, customers, payment systems, rights holders, and the integrity of the WeGotUsTV creator-first platform.
