How WeGotUsTV protects original creators, independent artists, rights holders, and platform integrity from unauthorized copyrighted material.
1. Original content and rights ownership requirement
WeGotUsTV is built for independent creators, independent artists, filmmakers, musicians, podcasters, producers, digital creators, and businesses submitting their own original work or content they have the legal right to use.
Creators and users may only upload, stream, promote, sell, or monetize content they own, created themselves, control, license, or are legally authorized to use.
This applies to videos, films, pay-per-view releases, radio/MP3 submissions, cover art, posters, thumbnails, promotional images, business campaigns, music, audio recordings, and any other uploaded platform media.
2. Unauthorized third-party copyrighted content is prohibited
WeGotUsTV does not allow users to upload, sell, stream, promote, or monetize copyrighted third-party content that they do not own or do not have permission to use.
The platform is not designed for users to upload major-label music, commercial film clips, television content, celebrity-owned media, sports clips, studio-owned content, label-owned catalog material, or any other protected work belonging to another rights holder without authorization.
- No uploading another artist’s song without authorization.
- No uploading another producer’s beat without permission or license.
- No uploading movie clips, TV clips, sports clips, or commercial footage without rights.
- No uploading music videos, films, artwork, posters, images, logos, or campaign materials owned by another creator, label, studio, brand, or company.
- No selling pay-per-view access to content the uploader does not own or have legal authorization to monetize.
3. Independent creator platform purpose
WeGotUsTV exists to give independent creators and businesses a premium place to publish, promote, stream, and monetize their own work outside of traditional gatekeeper systems.
The platform is intended for original independent music, creator-owned films, creator-owned video content, creator-owned radio tracks, original podcast or media content, business-owned promotional campaigns, licensed promotional material, and brand-owned image campaigns.
WeGotUsTV is not a public piracy upload site and is not intended for users to repost or monetize mainstream copyrighted entertainment owned by other artists, labels, studios, platforms, or rights holders.
4. Creator responsibility before uploading
By submitting content to WeGotUsTV, creators represent that they have the rights needed to upload, publish, promote, sell, stream, or monetize that content through the platform.
Creators are responsible for clearing any music, beats, samples, footage, artwork, images, logos, performances, releases, licenses, or third-party materials included in their submission.
If a creator cannot prove ownership, licensing, or authorization when requested, WeGotUsTV may reject, remove, restrict, or disable the content and related monetization.
5. Review, removal, and enforcement rights
WeGotUsTV reserves the right to review, reject, remove, disable, or restrict content that appears to violate copyright rules, ownership requirements, platform standards, payment rules, or applicable law.
If content appears to contain unauthorized third-party material, WeGotUsTV may remove the content from public access, disable monetization, cancel promotional placement, restrict future uploads, suspend account access, or escalate the matter for further review.
Serious or repeated copyright violations may result in account restriction, removal from publishing, loss of platform access, or termination from WeGotUsTV.
6. Monetization and payout impact
Content that violates copyright, ownership, licensing, or authorization requirements may be removed from monetization and creator payout eligibility.
If a PPV release, radio track, promo campaign, or uploaded asset is flagged, rejected, removed, or found to violate rights requirements, WeGotUsTV may disable access, pause visibility, block related earnings where legally required, or hold the matter for admin review.
Creator payouts, promo placements, PPV visibility, subscription pool eligibility, and platform access may be affected by copyright or ownership violations.
7. Reporting copyright concerns
If you believe your copyrighted work appears on WeGotUsTV without permission, use Support to submit a copyright or rights complaint.
Include the content title, page link, your contact information, a clear description of the work you believe is being infringed, and any ownership or rights information that helps us review the complaint.
WeGotUsTV will review valid copyright or rights complaints and may remove, restrict, or disable content where appropriate.
8. Creator deletion and ownership respect
If a creator removes eligible content or deletes their account, WeGotUsTV does not keep that deleted creator work for unrelated solicitation, unauthorized promotion, resale, or off-platform exploitation.
Removal may be subject to technical backups, legal requirements, payment records, disputes, fraud prevention, moderation history, or security requirements.
9. Repeat or serious violations
Accounts that repeatedly upload unauthorized content, misrepresent ownership, abuse platform rights systems, or attempt to monetize work they do not own may be restricted, removed from publishing, blocked from monetization, or terminated from the platform.
WeGotUsTV’s goal is to protect independent creators, rights holders, customers, and the integrity of the creator-first platform ecosystem.
