Privacy Policy

How WeGotUsTV treats account data, support data, creator data, purchase records, and deleted content.

WeGotUsTV requires creators and users to follow platform rules, content ownership requirements, payment policies, and applicable law. Unauthorized copyrighted material, fraudulent activity, and abusive platform use may result in removal, restriction, disabled monetization, or account action.

1. What information the platform may collect

WeGotUsTV may collect information needed to operate accounts, purchases, creator profiles, uploads, radio submissions, support tickets, messages, content access, and payout readiness.

This may include name, email, profile details, creator submission details, support request details, engagement activity, purchase records, subscription state, payout onboarding state, and technical data needed to keep the platform working.

2. How information is used

Information is used to operate the platform, provide access, process support requests, verify purchases, support creator submissions, protect accounts, maintain payout records, and improve platform reliability.

WeGotUsTV does not use deleted creator content as a hidden promotional asset. Deleted videos, songs, posts, reels, and account-linked creator material are not retained for unrelated solicitation or platform exploitation.

3. Creator deletion and content removal

WeGotUsTV allows creators and users to delete eligible platform content such as videos, songs, posts, reels, and profile material where the platform feature supports deletion.

Motive/Huddle-style temporary content is intended to be short-lived and expire after its 24-hour window. The platform should not treat that temporary content as permanent promotional inventory.

If a creator deletes their account, their eligible creator-owned product and profile material should be removed from active platform use, subject only to limited operational exceptions such as backups, fraud records, legal obligations, support records, payment history, or security requirements.

4. Payment and payout data

Payment and payout processing may involve trusted payment infrastructure such as Stripe. WeGotUsTV does not ask users to send passwords or banking credentials through support messages.

Purchase, subscription, payout, refund, and settlement records may need to be retained for financial accuracy, tax, fraud prevention, dispute handling, platform accounting, and legal compliance.

5. Support ticket data

When users submit a support request, WeGotUsTV may store the ticket, message, status, admin notes, and support reply history so the issue can be handled properly.

Support information is used to resolve platform issues, not to exploit the user or creator outside the support context.

6. User control and contact

Users may contact support for account, profile, access, upload, deletion, or privacy-related questions. Some information cannot be deleted immediately if it is required for security, payment records, disputes, moderation, legal obligations, or platform integrity.
