Terms of Service
The core rules for using WeGotUsTV as a viewer, creator, subscriber, promoter, or platform participant.
1. Acceptance of the platform terms
By using WeGotUsTV, you agree to use the platform in a lawful, respectful, and platform-appropriate way. These terms apply to viewers, creators, subscribers, promoters, and users who interact with content, radio, profiles, messages, purchases, uploads, or support.
WeGotUsTV is built as a creator-first premium access platform. The platform is designed to support creator identity, premium content, promotion, PPV access, radio discovery, and creator monetization without turning artist work into disposable platform property.
2. Account responsibility
You are responsible for the activity connected to your account. Keep login credentials private, use the correct account email when purchasing PPV or using PPV Pass, and do not share access in a way that violates platform rules.
If a purchase, pass, upload, message, payout, or profile action appears incorrect, use the Support page so the issue can be reviewed through the official support ticket system.
3. Creator-first content rights
Creators keep the core ownership interest in the content they submit, upload, or publish through WeGotUsTV unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
WeGotUsTV does not claim creator work for unrelated platform exploitation. We do not keep deleted creator videos, songs, posts, reels, or deleted account content for future solicitation, resale, unauthorized promotion, or off-platform abuse.
When creators delete eligible content or delete their account, the platform should treat that creator-owned material as removed from active use, subject only to technical backup limits, legal obligations, fraud prevention, payment records, dispute records, moderation records, or security requirements.
4. Platform access lanes
WeGotUsTV may include free content, promotional content, direct pay-per-view releases, PPV Pass access, radio tracks, creator profiles, creator finance tools, messages, support tools, and other platform surfaces.
Free content is for discovery. Promo is for visibility and business campaign placement. PPV is for premium title-specific access. PPV Pass is a broader subscription access lane for eligible participating content. Radio is for MP3 discovery and engagement.
5. Prohibited behavior
Users may not abuse the platform, harass others, impersonate creators, misuse payment systems, upload stolen content, bypass access controls, scrape private areas, attack the service, or interfere with creator monetization.
- No unauthorized copying, reuploading, or redistribution of creator content.
- No attempts to bypass PPV, subscription, or platform access rules.
- No fraudulent payment, refund, chargeback, or payout activity.
- No abusive messages, threats, harassment, or targeted intimidation.
- No uploads that violate copyright, privacy, safety, or applicable law.
6. Changes and enforcement
WeGotUsTV may update these terms as the platform grows. Serious violations may lead to content removal, account restrictions, payout review, access removal, or support escalation.
The platform’s goal is not to punish creators unfairly. The goal is to protect creators, viewers, buyers, artists, and the integrity of the creator-first ecosystem.
