Creator Agreement
Creator Terms
The creator-facing rules for uploads, submissions, PPV releases, radio tracks, payout readiness, and deletion rights.
1. Creator identity
Creators may build a public profile with display name, bio, profile image, background image, content, radio tracks, and fan-facing identity surfaces.
Creators are responsible for making sure their profile, submissions, links, and uploaded media accurately represent their work or authorized business activity.
2. Creator-owned content
Creators should only upload content they own, control, or are authorized to use. This includes videos, images, music, podcasts, radio tracks, posts, reels, promotional assets, and written material.
WeGotUsTV is built for creator value protection. The platform is not designed to take deleted creator work and use it later for unrelated solicitation, unauthorized promotion, or platform exploitation.
3. Deletion and account removal
Creators may delete eligible videos, songs, posts, reels, and other creator material where deletion tools exist. Temporary Motive/Huddle-style content is intended to expire after 24 hours.
When a creator deletes eligible content or deletes their account, their active creator-owned product should go with them and be removed from active platform use, subject to technical backup limits, legal obligations, fraud records, support records, payment records, or dispute requirements.
4. PPV and monetization
Creators may use free content for footprint, promo for stronger visibility, PPV for premium title-specific monetization, and radio for artist discovery and engagement.
Creator finance and payout readiness may depend on qualifying PPV releases, platform settlement rules, Stripe Connect onboarding, payout thresholds, carryover balances, and admin payout completion.
5. Radio and MP3 submissions
The radio lane is designed for MP3 discovery and artist engagement. Creator radio activity may include plays, completions, likes, shares, comments, and listener activity.
Each creator MP3/radio lane is structured around available MP3 slots. Creators should upload accurate artist and track information and only submit music they are authorized to distribute.
6. Review and enforcement
WeGotUsTV may review submissions, reject content, remove content, pause visibility, or restrict access when content violates platform rules, legal requirements, copyright rules, safety rules, or payment integrity.
