Refund / Purchase Policy
How PPV purchases, PPV Pass, promo payments, access issues, and support reviews should be handled.
1. Direct PPV purchases
Direct PPV purchases are title-specific. A direct PPV purchase unlocks the selected premium title for the account connected to the purchase flow.
If a title appears locked after purchase, the first step is to sign in with the same email/account used at checkout, return to the watch page, and refresh the page.
2. PPV Pass subscriptions
PPV Pass is a broader access lane for eligible participating PPV content. It is different from buying one direct PPV title.
If a PPV Pass user cannot access eligible content, they should confirm that the pass is active in Account Hub and that they are signed into the same account connected to the subscription.
3. Access issue review
If payment completed but access did not unlock correctly, WeGotUsTV Support can review the ticket and platform records. Users should provide the title, checkout email, and account email if the issue remains after the direct access steps.
Support should not promise that a payment, unlock, subscription, or refund has been fixed unless the platform records confirm it.
4. Refund handling
Refund decisions may depend on the purchase type, access status, content availability, billing state, payment processor rules, and whether the user already received access to the purchased content or service.
Promo, PPV, subscription, and creator-related payments may have different review paths. WeGotUsTV may deny refund requests that appear abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with the platform’s purchase rules.
5. Fraud and chargeback abuse
Fraudulent purchases, abusive chargebacks, repeated misuse of access systems, or attempts to bypass PPV or subscription access may result in account review, access restrictions, or support escalation.
