Trust & Safety

How WeGotUsTV protects users, creators, support workflows, payments, access, and platform integrity.

WeGotUsTV requires creators and users to follow platform rules, content ownership requirements, payment policies, and applicable law. Unauthorized copyrighted material, fraudulent activity, and abusive platform use may result in removal, restriction, disabled monetization, or account action.

1. Safety approach

WeGotUsTV’s trust model is built around creator value, account clarity, payment integrity, support visibility, and respectful platform use.

The platform uses structured support tickets, admin review, payment records, creator finance tools, and access controls to keep the ecosystem credible.

2. Support and reporting

Users can report platform issues through Support. Support tickets may be reviewed with status, priority, internal notes, reply history, and AI-assisted drafts that must be reviewed before being sent.

AI support should help with direct, truthful, action-based guidance. It should not invent causes, claim fixes that did not happen, or replace admin review for payment, payout, unlock, legal, or safety issues.

3. Payment and payout safety

PPV, PPV Pass, promo, and payout systems require accuracy. Support should not claim that payments, payouts, purchases, refunds, or unlocks are fixed unless platform records confirm it.

Creators should complete Stripe Connect onboarding through the official Finance flow. Users should never send passwords or banking credentials through support messages.

4. Deleted content protection

WeGotUsTV is not built to trap creator content. Eligible deleted videos, songs, posts, reels, profile assets, and account-linked creator product should be removed from active platform use.

Temporary Motive/Huddle-style content is intended to expire after 24 hours. Deleted or expired creator material is not kept for unrelated solicitation, unauthorized promotion, resale, or platform misuse.

5. What requires admin review

Admin review may be required for PPV unlock issues, Stripe payout readiness, promo approval, content publishing state, copyright complaints, deleted or missing files, broken routes, safety concerns, or suspected fraud.
